Julianne Schwarts, assistant director of Havaya Arts, a brand new overnight Jewish arts summer camp in Southern California will be leading a special Purim celebration/improvisational workshop to which our whole congregation and friends, relatives, neighbors are invited. The event will take place at 5pm at our regular Sunday School location (Grade Power Learning South–4301 West William Cannon Dr, Bldg B 220, Austin, TX 78749–directly above the UPS store in the same shopping center as Costco and Whole Foods). The event is appropriate for all ages, kids and adults, and will last one hour. Hamantaschen will be served!
Julianne has spent the last several years at the Second City in Chicago. While there she ran their day camp program, taught acting and improv classes and performed regularly.
